In the regular season, good players get the chance to make entertaining highlights. But, the playoffs is where good players get to prove they’re great, and provide memorable moments. Three days ago, John Wall did just that and became a DC legend, in the process.
Being honest, the Washington Wizards haven’t had much to be excited about in a long time. This is a franchise that had Michael Jordan playing for them for two seasons and nobody even remembers. Then, the Gilbert Arenas era was shot down by injuries.
But, John Wall has given Wizards’ fans something to cheer for over the past seven years. Then, three of the past four seasons, Wall also got them into the playoffs, with help from Bradley Beal, and the Game 6 game-winner showed he was great. Just before his first-ever Game 7, John Wall hit a trick shot, before going to the lockers.
