John Starks reveals The Notorious B.I.G.’s “I Got A Story To Tell” is a true story with “Highly Questionable” [VIDEO]

John Starks HQWatching this current version of the New York Knicks is giving longtime fans hope that they can return to the status of the Patrick Ewing/John Starks era. Easier said than done, of course, as those teams were tough. Even though they didn’t win a championship, they came close and they had their moments.

At times, John Starks could be too tough to handle and he dunked on Michael Jordan, the eternal thorn in the Knicks’ side. While Michael Jordan may have helped derail their championship aspirations, The Notorious B.I.G. rocked with them. He made one unnamed player from the Knicks the subject of one of his songs.

Of course, the song is “I Got A Story To Tell,” off Life After Death. The Notorious B.I.G. tells a narrative of having sex with a girlfriend of a Knick, while they are playing the Utah Jazz and then the player comes home to a crazy situation. John Starks recently talked to ESPN’s “Highly Questionable” and he confirmed the story is true, but not about him.
