Coming into 2013, Joey Bada$$ had tons of momentum behind him. He looked like he would easily be one of the biggest breakout artists of the year. Instead of breakout success, Joey Bada$$ and Pro Era chilled out after the release of their collaborative mixtape, Summer Knights.
Recently, fans began chattering online and wondering where Joey Bada$$ went. His buzz was so big only a few months prior and it was strange that he wasn’t in the spotlight anymore. It turns out, Joey Bada$$ was in the lab working on some more new music.
Joey Bada$$ recently returned with his “Hilary $wank” single and he has the music video for the song out. This turned out to be the first single for his upcoming new record. Even though it’s fall and the project is due on October 29, Joey Bada$$ is delivering the Summer Knights EP.
