Fact of the matter is, reality television revives careers. Sure, Joe Budden gained a large following from Slaughterhouse, but “Love & Hip Hop” has given him the type of exposure he has not seen in a decade. Using that to his advantage, Joe Budden released his first album in four years, No Love Lost.
However, the album came in a distant second to Joe Budden and his reality television drama. Involved in drama with Raqi Thunda and his ex-girlfriend, Tahiry Jose, Joe Budden soon was in deeper controversy when his current girlfriend, Kaylin Garcia, joined the cast. All of this took a backseat to his issues with Consequence.
Joe Budden also went through his drug addiction on screen. Tahiry Jose helped him through this ordeal and this may have been the spark in them getting back together. But, when Joe Budden talked to FUSE TV last, he kept Tahiry out of it. Instead, he talked about the feud with Consequence.
