Jeff Mumper, age 61, of Bloomington, Indiana, shoots and kills his wife, daughter, and son, before killing himself, after beating prostate cancer, and was battling pancreatic cancer at the time of his death

In Bloomington, Indiana, a community is confused about the recent turn of events. A local family, the Mumper family, has been all over the local news, as friends and family are devastated. Currently, they are mourning the death of the entire family.

Jeff Mumper, age 61 (far right), was suffering from pancreatic cancer, a disease with a low survival rate. His diagnosis came after a successful bout with prostate cancer. However, his cause of death had nothing to do with his medical woes.

Instead, Jeff Mumper committed suicide, but not before killing his entire family. In his family’s Bloomington, Indiana home, Mumper shot and killed his wife, Annamarie Greta (aged 54), their daughter, Emma (aged 26), a grad student, and their son, Jakob (aged 18). The events that led to this tragic shooting are currently unknown.
