If there is anyone who knows a thing or two about making people famous, it is Jay Z. His first true success came with Kanye West, but he also helped the likes of Rihanna and Ne-Yo. Truth be told, Jay Z is an innovator in the music industry.
Likening himself to Steve Jobs, comparing himself to that in the hip hop world, Jay Z likes to change things. He did this, one year ago, when he purchased the parent company of TIDAL. Now, he is looking to add another star to his label.
One Direction has become one of the biggest acts in music. This is something Jay Z definitely noticed and he has plans for him. Recently, he voiced his opinion about Harry Styles, a member of One Direction, saying he wants to sign him and if he does, he will make him the biggest name in music.
