Oop, it looks like Janet Hubert has even more to say. Yesterday, Janet Hubert had Aunt Viv trending on Twitter, for blasting Phylicia Rashad, for celebrating Bill Cosby’s prison release. This morning, Janet Hubert said Bill Cosby should have released a statement, apologizing to his victims.
Janet Hubert called Phylicia Rashad out for celebrating Bill Cosby being released from prison. She did so because she says Bill Cosby is guilty of sexually assaulting women. While she made it clear she has nothing personal against Rashad, but felt she was wrong.
Addressing her Instagram following, Janet Hubert expanded on her comments towards Phylicia Rashad. Hubert said that Bill Cosby, not Rashad, should have released a statement. Also, she said this statement from Cosby should include an apology to his victims, and called his prison release a “get out of jail free card.”
