Currently, Janelle Monae is riding the high of her album, The Electric Lady, which dropped last year. Since the release of the album, Janelle Monae has been touring on the Golden Electric Tour. After shutting it down in Dubai a little over a week ago, she was preparing to go to Australia.
Janelle Monade made it to Australia and she was fully prepared to perform her hit singles, “Tightrope” included. But, she ended up not attending her first show, instead cancelling it over the weekend. Since then, Janelle Monae has had to cancel additional shows.
US Magazine reports that Janelle Monae cancelled all of her Australian tour dates and she is in need of medical supervision. Health issues have occurred with several stars who go on tour. Frequently posting on Twitter, Janelle Monae has been inactive for over a week.
