Lee Daniels promised “Empire” would have some key changes for season two. At the top of the list was a new love interest for Hakeem (Bryshere “Yazz” Gray), the youngest Lyon child. After Lucious (Terrence Howard) sent Camilla (Naomi Campbell) away, he was alone.
Hakeem quickly had a love interest in Valentina (Becky G), but Lucious took her. It didn’t take long for Hakeem to rebound, finding Laura (Jamila Velazquez) singing in the club. Business turned to romance and now Hakeem plans to wed Laura in tomorrow’s season finale.
