Isaiah Rashad made his long awaited return today as he released a new single titled “Lay Wit Ya,” featuring Duke Deuce. This comes after Top Dawg Entertainment hyped fans all week about “the wait being over.” Now, more information is surfacing regarding Rashad’s upcoming album.
Rashad recently sat down for an interview with The FADER and that’s where he revealed that his “The House Is Burning” album will be out sometime in June. This is very good news for Rashad’s fans as they haven’t had an album from him since his 2016 debut studio album, “The Sun’s Tirade.”
The Sun’s Tirade ended up debuting at number 17 on the Billboard 200 chart. Based on how long fans have had to wait for a new project, The House is Burning could very well have a top five debut. The last time that Rashad put out music in general was last year with his “Why Worry” single.
