Anyone who is familiar with Donald Trump knows stats don’t matter to him and he plays by his own rules. This formula is the reason he is the current president. For the next four years, nothing can change that reality.
However, Donald Trump enters the White House as the least-popular president to ever enter office. Meanwhile, Barack Obama leaves as one of the most-popular presidents ever. Furthermore, his first inauguration had record attendance, of close to two million people.
On the other side of things, Donald Trump had 250,000 people attending his inauguration and many protesters. This afternoon saw more people protesting Trump than who came to watch him be sworn in. But, his new Press Secretary, Sean Spicer, said Trump had the biggest inauguration crowd ever, causing much backlash on Twitter.
