Hit-Boy talks developing artists and record label, producing hits, and more with GGN [VIDEO]

Although he worked hard for years, Hit-Boy emerged in 2012, as one of the hottest producers in the game. His work shined through on Kanye West’ Cruel Summer compilation album. At the time, Hit-Boy fit in well with G.O.O.D. Music, but he left to focus more on his own label, Hits Since ’87.

Hit-Boy has a solid stable of artists, including K. Roosevelt and Audio Push. The label is beginning to gain a lot of attention and Audio Push appears to be the next act off the label to emerge. With the label growing, Hit-Boy has a lot more to focus on and he recently talked to a legend about it.

Snoop Dogg returned with another episode of GGN and Hit-Boy was the featured guest. He discussed the artists he is working with, which includes Rockie Fresh. Hit-Boy went on to discuss the likes of Audio Push and K. Roosevelt, who are on his label, and he also spoke on the hits he has produced.
