On paper, the union of Carmelo Anthony and Paul George, with the current MVP, Russell Westbrook, looked unstoppable. The Thunder went through many changes, with Kevin Durant winning. In the time since the franchise was born, they failed to win championships.
Already losing KD, the Thunder brought in Anthony and George to ensure Russell Westbrook that they’d do what they can for him. So far, the Thunder have struggled. As of late, they have turned it up, and they definitely put a beating on the Clippers.
Carmelo Anthony spoke with TNT, following the win, and he was speaking on the Thunder’s cohesion. While he was talking, one of his teammates, poured water on his head. His response to that was classic Melo, when he goes “ahh muthaf*cka, sh*t.”
