This summer, North Carolina made another power play when it comes to the hip hop music. Plenty of talented rappers are from right here in North Carolina and this includes Young Dirt, who is from Reidsville. Young Dirt signed to Capitol Records this summer and he dropped his Welcome to Reidsville mixtape.
Going along with his Welcome to Reidsville mixtape, he did an exclusive documentary with Hip Hop Vibe. Before the premiere date of the documentary, several clips from the documentary will leak. In the previous edition, Young Dirt talked about his stage name and the “Hello” single.
The second clip premiered today and Young Dirt discusses the Welcome to Reidsville singles, along with much more. The mixtape also features appearances from such names as Ca$h Out and Rick Ross. In the new clip, Young Dirt discussed these collaborations and the overall sound of the mixtape.
