Every chance he gets, Yo Gotti makes the most out of his opportunities and he puts other hard-working people on. In 2013, Yo Gotti finally broke into mainstream success. It wasn’t long before he used his popularity to help other guys, such as Wave Chapelle get their music out there.
Wave Chapelle is having a big impact on the mixtape scene and is definitely an artist to pay attention to. His label-mate, Snootie Wild, is also making a big impact and Hip Hop Vibe has performance footage of him at SXSW. But, Wave Chapelle was also present out there.
Hip Hop Vibe attended Wave Chapelle’s set and he performed his mixtape anthem, “Do What I Gotta Do.” The song is generating momentum and could very well be a big record for the CMG rising star. Regardless, his movement is going strong and Wave Chapelle will soon be a star in his own right.
