King of Diamonds in Miami is one of the hottest hip hop hangouts. Like nothing, people can run into Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Drake, Chris Brown, Juelz Santana, Fabolous, and many other of hip hop’s biggest names here. It was actually in King of Diamonds where Rick Ross laid out his plans to expand MMG, meeting Wale there.
There is a pretty good chance their initial exchanges took place while DJ Meat was providing the sounds. He is known for DJ-ing in King of Diamonds and has become a major player on Miami’s hip hop scene. DJ Meat has a lot going on outside of his work in the club, too.
A few weeks ago, DJ Meat took a little time out to talk to Hip Hop Vibe. He explained how he ended up becoming a DJ in the first place. Like most DJs, DJ Meat also has goals of doing other things, such as producing records, and he spoke to us about how he intends to make that happen.
