HHV Exclusive: B.o.B. talks “Ether” album, Grand Hustle, leaving Atlantic and going indie, and upcoming moves

Seven years ago, B.o.B. made his name with “Nothin On You,” which made him into a household name. Over the course of his career, B.o.B. had many pop hits. Then, in 2012, he had the notable “Both of Us” single with Taylor Swift.

However, since then, B.o.B. has dedicated himself more to the trap. All of those changed helped B.o.B. form Label No Genre, where he has a collective of artists signed. Last year, London Jae talked to HHV about being a part of No Genre.

B.o.B. spoke to Hip-HopVibe.com, sitting down with Chox-Mak, when he visited Jacksonville, North Carolina. He talked with Chox about his new album, Ether, and addressed his situation with Grand Hustle and T.I. All is good, there, but B.o.B. did confirm he is done with Atlantic Records, and is now independent and making his own moves, now.
