Hero to Hated? Old transphobic tweets surface from #ItsAboveMe hotel clerk [PHOTOS]

Well, now, this moment, here is reminiscent of “Atlanta” season one. It has been almost three years ago, but those who watched “Atlanta” should remember Paperboy (Brian Tyree Henry) doing the TV talk show. When he was there, he encountered the transracial white guy.

The guy, Kwame aka Harrison (Niles Stewart), was a young black kid, but living life as a middle-aged white guy, from Colorado. During the show, Paperboy taunted him, as “Harrison” spoke on acceptance. As the topic turned to sexuality, “Harrison” was homophobic, hilariously so.

This morning, this above man became known as the “#ItsAboveMe guy,” who tackled racism in a hilarious way. Twitter has been all over him, in a good way, for his heroism. But, further research has shown him, an openly gay man, to be transphobic, himself, to be dragged for his previous tweets.
