Hano Sekona shared a video on Facebook, last Friday, of a news clip of a young couple of color. The couple were celebrating the birthday of the young woman, spending a weekend at a hotel, where they were playing music. When asked by the hotel to turn their music down, they did, but the cops were still called, insisting on calling the man out, and asking for his ID, after the music was turned down, when the cops began to harass the man, the woman pulled him back in the hotel room, and slammed the door, leading the cops to ask the couple to leave, forcing them to pack their bags, and then pulled a taser gun, when they didn't pack fast enough, and then they began beating the couple, leaving them with huge swelling, and deep bruising.

What’s been going on with the police, and people of color, is nothing new. However, more of this is being caught on camera, and people, of all colors, have had enough. People are not only protesting, but putting pressure on politicians to fix these issues.

Every day, there is some instance of wrongdoing, at the hands of the police, towards some person. Nowadays, more of these encounters are caught on camera. What was captured at a hotel, shared on Facebook, last Friday, shocked many.

Hano Sekona is the person who shared the ABC7 News clip, on Facebook, of a young couple that got beaten by the police, in their own hotel room. The couple was out, celebrating the birthday, of the young woman, when they were called by hotel management to turn the music down. Despite following the rules, the cops were still called on the couple, with police first demanding their ID, and then for them to open their room, leading to the woman slamming the door on the cops, and them kicking them out of the hotel, then beating them for not packing fast enough.
