Clearly, Gunplay was destined for fame from the beginning. He was first introduced to the masses in 2009 by Rick Ross. Immediately, Gunplay ended up being drawn into the high-profile feud Rick Ross got himself into. Until last year, Gunplay played a background role within the Maybach Music camp, but he is in the forefront now.
Gunplay started 2013 off with his Cops N Robbers mixtape and he released his latest tape, Acquitted, last month. Both mixtapes have made their way through the internet, met with a warm reaction. Last year, Def Jam signed Gunplay to a solo deal and he has shown why he was worth every penny.
Mikey T The Movie Star, once again, sat down with Gunplay and he detailed his issues with law enforcement, one more time. In the interview, Gunplay also talked about his new deal with Def Jam. Surrounded by greatness, Gunplay will be, obviously, working with Rick Ross and also Jay-Z, which he detailed.
