This weekend has proven to be one of the most violent of the year, putting last year’s fight between Ray J and Fabolous to shame. At the start of the weekend, Game made headlines after getting into a fight with a former member of Young Jeezy’s crew. His fight took place at Lil Wayne’s birthday bash.
At the start of the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards, all eyes were on 50 Cent and Fat Joe, who were forced to play nice in honor of Chris Lighty. The longtime rivals properly put differences aside, but Young Jeezy and Rick Ross could not say the same. While there was no drama between 50 Cent and his rivals, Rick Ross and Fat Joe, there was drama.
Funkmaster Flex, Machine Gun Kelly, and DJ Drama have all offered commentary about the Young Jeezy/Rick Ross fight. However, another Maybach Music star would get caught up in drama. Gunplay, who has had an extraordinary year in 2012, would up fighting with G-Unit member, Mike Knox. Back in 2009, Gunplay was brought into the feud with 50 Cent, dissing him.
Gunplay was reportedly jumped by five G-Unit members and fought back. Before being arrested, he took refuge in 2 Chainz trailer. A video clip of what happened was released.
