Gunna reportedly still isn’t in police custody yet, after 56-count indictment was handed down on YSL members; Life sentences expected to come

Gunna hasn’t been put in custody amid indictment with Young Thug

Monday night featured a huge 56-count indictment on Young Thug, Gunna, and other members of their YSL gang/record label. 28 individuals were indicted on charges of RICO, street gang activity, murder, and more. YSL associates also allegedly seeked a second attempt at murdering YFN Lucci, in an Atlanta jail. Thug’s Atlanta home was raided earlier that day, as he was taken into custody.

A press conference was held earlier today, by the Fulton County D.A, Fani Willis. One of information that has now been revealed, is that Gunna is not in custody, like Thug is. Gunna was indicted on one count of conspiring to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.

Despite Gunna not being in custody he is making arrangements with a sheriff. D.A Willis said “We’re making arrangements, as much as he had representatives call me last night directly. We’ll muddle through that piece and let you know.”

Regarding other members of YSL, many are facing life sentences. This includes Slimelife Shawty, who is another buzzing rapper, in Atlanta.

“We’ll ask on the different charges for the maximum penalties, and there are obviously many people that are looking at life under this indictment. You’re absolutely right. These are serious crimes, they’re serious allegations, and it is my opinion that violence in our community deserves maximum penalties.”
