Gucci Mane continues to deal with his baby mama Sheena Evans in court regarding child support payments. Recently, Gucci was ordered to pay for her $2,495 attorney fees but has yet do do so. Because of that, Evans is looking to get Gucci back in jail, according to The Blast.
“Not only has the Respondent demonstrated that he has no concern for the authority of this Court or for the deadlines set by this Court,” said Evans’ attorney. “Respondent has also exhibited an alarming disregard of the consequences of his contemptuous behavior. He could care less.”
Evans also says that Gucci has failed to hand over documents in court. She is now looking for the court to issue an order for his arrest. She’s also wants Gucci to sanction $1,000. A judge hasn’t made a decision on that.
Evans is also still looking for the child support amount to go up from $2,076 a month to $20k. She says that Gucci’s income has increased much more since getting out of prison in May 2016.
