Giannis Antetokounmpo wants to play twenty years and spend his career with the Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks have the best “Big 3” in the NBA. At 17-3, the Bucks trio of Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton, and Jrue Holiday have the NBA’s best record, when they play together. Injuries stopped this from happening more often.

When these guys play together, they’re actually a better team than the one who won the championship. Despite winning the title, fans are worried about Giannis leaving the Bucks. Their fear is that he will leave to go play in a bigger market.

Prior to the Bucks winning the title, there were rumors of Giannis leaving for the Heat or Warriors. While both teams would surely love to have him, they’re both doing well without him. It’s likely that Giannis will face the Warriors in the NBA Finals, if the Bucks want to repeat. No different than the prior two seasons, the Bucks will likely face the Heat, if they want to get out of the East. Right now, the Bucks are just trying to lock in their playoff spot to begin their title defense.

Recently, Giannis did an interview with The Athletic, where he laid out his career goals. Above all else, he said he wants to play twenty years. Hoping to continue following Kobe Bryant’s trajectory, Giannis said he hopes he can spend all twenty years with the Milwaukee Bucks. Of course, there is never a guarantee of either happening.
