Now with a decade in front of the spotlight, the world has gotten to know Game as intimately as possible. Introduced to the mainstream as 50 Cent’s Los Angeles partner-in-rhyme, it was soon clear that Game worked alone. Game’s affiliation did not last long in the public eye and he soon had songs with Ja Rule, Nas, and Fat Joe.
While Game’s tenure with G-Unit was abbreviated, even rivals of the camp admit they made good music. Since Game has been off the label, the quality of the label has dwindled to the point 50 Cent is the only buzzing rapper on the label. Meanwhile, Game is viewed as an elder statesman out West.
During the second part of his interview with the Wall Street Journal, Game spoke on his new VH1 reality series, “Marrying the Game.” In addition to speaking on his reality show, Game also addressed an age-old topic. Game and his manager spoke on the possibility of him reuniting with G-Unit.
