In many ways, Game’s entire career has been defined by his feud with 50 Cent. During the infant stages of his career, Game was a member of G-Unit. At this time, 50 Cent was at the height of his feud with Ja Rule.

Previously, 50 Cent assumed he “ended” Ja Rule’s career, with Eminem, Dr. Dre, Busta Rhymes, DMX, and Obie Trice against him. But, Ja Rule found support from Fat Joe, Jadakiss, Nas, and Shyne. As a result, 50 Cent went after all of them, disappointing Game.

Disgruntled, Game did the unthinkable and reached out to the G-Unit foes, prompting 50 Cent to banish him from the label. The disagreement between Game and 50 Cent made things tense for both Aftermath Entertainment and Interscope Records. Dr. Dre eventually allowed Game to depart Aftermath and he began recording for Geffen Records, an Interscope subsidiary.

Free from 50 Cent’s thumb, Game became his biggest detractor, providing an ode to Los Angeles for Ja Rule’s unreleased comeback album. Game would go as far as assisting Miami rapper, Rick Ross, when he began dissing 50 Cent. In recent years, things have been calm between Game and 50 Cent.

However, on his “My Life” single with Eminem and Adam Levine, 50 Cent sent subliminal shots toward Game. When he spoke to Power 106’s “Big Boy’s Neighborhood,” Game spoke on this, saying the song itself was a subliminal diss. Game pointed to his 2008 hit with Lil Wayne as proof.

The Compton rapper went on to compare 50 Cent to a zombie, because he always comes back, every time Game says 50 is done, he comes back with another diss. With Street King Immortal now due for a February release, 50 Cent is likely launching another beef.
