Future and Eliza Reign Are Heading to Trial, on August 26, To Find Out How Much Future Will Have To Pay, in Monthly Child Support

Future and Eliza Reign have been going at it for over a year now, regarding how much the Atlanta rapper will pay, in monthly child support.

Future initially offered $1,000, but Reign denied that. A judge soon ruled that $3,200 would be paid by Future, but Reign and her team didn’t feel that that was enough. Now, the two are finally heading to trial to get a finalized amount. Reign initially wanted $53,000 per month.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Future and Reign’s trial date is August 26. A judge initially wanted both sides to settle this in mediation, but that didn’t work out at all.

Reign wants Future’s record label contracts and business deals, in addition to information on how Epic Records is paying him. In the end, the judge will review evidence presented regarding Future’s income, and will reveal the final monthly child support amount, as deemed appropriate, in 10 days.

Future initially claimed that Reign called their child a “check baby,” hinting that she only got pregnant to get child support funds from an established rapper like himself. Future was proven to be the father of their child, in May 2020.
