French Montana takes over Chicago at United Center with Lil Durk [PHOTO]

French Montana 43Last year, French Montana surprised the industry when he signed Lil Durk to his label, Coke Boys. This move helped to make Lil Durk an even bigger star, as he was already signed to Def Jam. All of this puts Lil Durk in a strong position with him preparing for the release of his debut album.

Gaining the French Montana co-sign was huge and Lil Durk invited him to his hometown. Having French Montana in Chicago has been big and it has been a good look seeing him throughout the city. Lil Durk and French Montana are showing there is more to Chicago than all the negative news stories.

In the NBA world, the United Center was the hub of basketball for three years, when Michael Jordan came out of retirement and owned the league. But, today, the area was owned by French Montana and Lil Durk. The two, along with their squad, took a photo in front of Jordan’s statue at United Center.
