French Montana says he has a song with Justin Bieber on Lil Wayne’s “Carter V” and that it’s fire #ThaCarterV #CarterV [PHOTO]

Last year, French Montana had the best year of his career. Coming at a time when people counted him out, French dropped “Unforgettable,” featuring Swae Lee, to much success. The song reached number three on Billboard, making it French’s biggest hit, to-date.

This song also sparked his Jungle Rules album, which is the highest-selling of French Montana’s career. Before all of this, back in 2012, French was still a new-ish artist, only known to diehard fans. He had a minor hit in “Shot Caller,” but “Pop That” put him on the map.

“Pop That” definitely was boosted, with Lil Wayne appearing on the track. Things soon changed and Lil Wayne is now the artist forgotten/counted out. Recently, he shook free of the Cash Money contract and Tha Carter V is finally coming, with French announcing he and Justin Bieber have a “fire” song with Wayne on the album.
