This week was met with a little turmoil where Maybach Music was concerned. Given what’s going on, there should be celebration with Gunplay preparing for the release of his debut album and Rick Ross losing weight. Instead, the media is speculating the brewing Meek Mill/Wale beef.
Last night, French Montana dropped his “R&B Bitches” single, featuring Fabolous and Wale. The single got a lot of promotion online and Meek Mill definitely showed his approval for the track. While promoting it, Meek Mill used the “#whatbeef” hashtag, leading some to believe the beef is over.
Now, there is a tweet from Karen Civil saying Meek Mill will be released in three to four weeks. Some speculated that he will be released from Maybach Music, but that isn’t logical due to his popularity. But, on Meek Mill’s Instagram, there are several people commenting “#FREEMEEKMILL” and his arrest was confirmed over a probation violation.
