A few years ago, Freddie Gibbs was one of the most-promising rappers in the game. In 2010, Young Jeezy signed him and Freddie Gibbs was aligned with some of music’s biggest names. By 2013, Freddie Gibbs defected from the label, as YG was taking over with “My Hitta.”
Freddie Gibbs, meanwhile, continued collaborations with Madlib, making classic records. Making his name as one of the top independent names, Freddie Gibbs soon lost that. A mistake in Austria left him in prison for a great deal of time.
When Freddie Gibbs returned, he ended up getting his girlfriend pregnant. Unfortunately, their relationship, as of now, was not built to last. His ex, @raegoldn, took to Twitter to call Freddie Gibbs out for abandoning her while she’s pregnant with their child, and she said he is stalking her on social media.
