Fivio Foreign still remains as one of the hottest rappers out of New York right now. In 2020, he made noise with his “800 BC” mixtape which included eight tracks with appearances from Meek Mill, Lil Baby, and Quavo. Now, the Brooklyn native sounds like he may be running into some serious legal issues soon, though.
A woman also from Brooklyn who goes by Zendi, is accusing Fivio of rape which occurred at a party. She detailed this during a live stream as she revealed that Fivio kept forcing his hand into her private area.
The two were in a room as Fivio allegedly locked the door. She continued to yell “Get off of me.” The music was also so loud that nobody could hear her. She believed that she was being raped and Fivio supposedly made it known that that’s what he would do.
“I’m in a room, he comes in the room, he locks the door. This sh*t is not funny. We’re laying down and he starts touching me. I’m like, ‘get off of me’. I’m screaming but the f*cking music is so loud, I was screaming my friend’s name, but the music was so loud nobody could hear me. He sticks his fingers up me, I’m like, ‘yo, this feels like rape’. He’s like, ‘b*tch I will rape you right now.'”
When the woman’s friend and another woman finally got into the room, that’s when Fivio got off of her. Her friend also detailed the incident on social media. Check out both women explaining the situation below.
