Fetty Wap had one of the biggest records in 2014 with “Trap Queen” and it’s still a fan-favorite today. Sadly though, he’s been very quiet since then.
Trap Queen is still hot six years later as according to Chart Data, it’s now certified diamond. This is after the record sold over 10 million units. Last year, Fetty signed with Tekashi 6ix9ine’s former manager, Shotti AKA Treyway but Shotti ended up getting hit with a 15-year prison sentence for racketeering.
Fetty has also been trying to learn how to be more financially literate as he’s interested in the stock market and good investments, according to an article published by Inquisitr in 2017. His last album was his debut project which was self-titled in 2015 but also released his ‘Bruce Wayne’ EP in 2018.
Fetty has ran into legal issues as well though as in September of last year, he was arrested for punching three hotel employees at The Mirage resort & casino in Las Vegas. He was hit with three misdemeanor battery charges. The charges ended up being dropped in January.
