In 2021, Erica Banks has established herself as a major force, arguably the hottest rapper in the game. The summer of 2020 saw her drop “Buss It,” to viral success. Here, in early 2021, the song has taken off to unprecedented levels.
Warner Records wasted no time signing Erica Banks. Just says later, “Buss It” entered Billboard Hot 100. The music video has done millions of views and Erica Banks has seen many celebrities doing the #BussItChallenge.
Erica Banks is definitely living the life, enjoying the early stages of fame. Obviously, media rounds are coming, due to her rising stardom. During a recent interview, Banks was asked who she’d want on a “Buss It” remix and she said Nicki Minaj, but made it clear no remix is in the works.
