Hip hop in 2013 has come with many up-and-downs, and many thrills. In the midst of everything, including an uprising from Los Angeles and a renaissance in New York, several veterans have returned. The current landscape of Rick Ross, Drake, and Lil Wayne remains with albums from Jay-Z, Kanye West, and Eminem included.
There will likely never be a year like this in hip hop again, so fans are best to relish this moment while it lasts. Ace Hood and Future dropped albums this year and Pusha T got the monkey off his back and dropped his LP. But, the album everybody is waiting for is the one from Eminem.
After many fake track listings hit the internet, Eminem revealed the official one this afternoon. The album will feature Rihanna, Kendrick Lamar, Skylar Grey, and Nate Ruess, so there is no track with 50 Cent and Jay-Z. But, it is enough for the internet to go crazy over.
