Earn receives props from #AtlantaFX fans for finally giving Van some money and going back to his storage room with only $200

earn-van-atlantaThe “Atlanta” season finale did a good job of bringing things back full circle. When the series began, Van (Zazie Beetz) was on Earn’s (Donald Glover, Jr.) case about giving her money to support their child. Well-meaning, Earn hardly ever came through.

Relatable to most millennials, Earn’s pursuit of getting rich has left him broke. The practical thing is to get a job, but Earn believes he can get rich. His latest scheme involves Paperboy (Brian Tyree Henry), thus the premise of the series.

As season one has come to a close, Earn and Paperboy finally earned some money. Staying true to his word, Paperboy gave Earn his 5%, which he promptly gave to Van, after which she invited him to stay the night, which he declined. Finally, Earn went back to his home, a storage room, and he removed $200 from his shoe, showing selflessness that Twitter loved.
