Earl Sweatshirt accuses Taylor Swift of perpetrating black stereotypes in “Shake It Off” music video

Earl Sweatshirt 3What is often overlooked, simply ignored, or just not known by the masses is the intelligence of the Odd Future camp. Their actions scream dysfunction and saying no to the rules, but this young team is well aware of their surroundings. This is evident to anyone who ever had a conversation with anyone on the team.

Earl Sweatshirt often takes a different approach in his music, going more personal/serious than the other members. As a result, when he speaks on things, he does it from a more serious standpoint. However, this does not mean that he doesn’t provide humor.

But, Earl Sweatshirt is not laughing when it comes to Taylor Swift and her music video for the “Shake It Off” single. Although he has not watched the video, Earl Sweatshirt took to his Twitter to sound off about it. He accused the longtime songstress of perpetrating black stereotypes.
