Those who remember “Making The Band” should remember seasons two through four. This is when Da Band was introduced and formed. Most remember Ness, aka E Ness, being the leader of this crew.
Da Band, contrary to popular belief, actually had a bit of a run. The group released a gold album, Too Hot For TV, and had two hits. E Ness was instrumental behind the success of “Bad Boy This, Bad Boy That” and “Tonight.”
Recently, E Ness spoke with DJ Caesar, on “Vibin’ Heavy.” In the interview, he discussed his career. Obviously, this led to a discussion about Da Band, Diddy, and Bad Boy Records, before he spoke on moving onto his own label.
