Drake has the number one album in the US now, with his sixth studio album, “Certified Lover Boy.” This sold 604,000 units in its first week, which has been the biggest debut of 2021. One of the biggest records from this album, has since been “Way 2 Sexy,” ft. Young Thug and Future.
Drake collaborated with Thug and Future frequently in the past, and won big again here. According to Chart Data, Way 2 Sexy has now sold over 500,000 units in the US, which makes it eligible to go gold. At this point, Way 2 Sexy is also the second fastest song in 2021 to go gold.
The same night that CLB was released, also featured the visuals for Way 2 Sexy. Fans enjoyed that a lot, which even featured Los Angeles Clippers star, Kawhi Leonard, in it. This song is now in heavy rotation in clubs, and on radios, all across the US. Many even view it as the male version of Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s “WAP.”
