2020 has been another solid year for Drake as he’s created plenty of hits such as “When To Say When,” “Chicago Freestyle” featuring Giveon, and the chart-topping single, “Toosie Slide.” These all appeared on his ‘Dark Lane Demo Tapes’ mixtape on May 1.

DLDT debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart as it fell short of No. 1 behind Kenny Chesney’s ‘Here and Now.’ Nonetheless, it was another very successful project for the OVO boss.

Now, DLDT has reached another impressive milestone and that is being certified platinum by the RIAA in the US, according to Chart Data. This is after selling 1 million units. Other fan favorites on this project are “Pain 1993” feat. Playboi Carti “Demons” feat. Fivio Foreign and Sosa Geek, and “D4L” feat. Future and Young Thug.

This mixtape is definitely in rotation for fans as the wait continues for Drake’s sixth studio album, ‘Certified Lover Boy.’ This is scheduled for a January 2021 release after it was revealed in a video trailer.
