Earlier this week, Rihanna stunned the internet. This was after she confirmed pregnancy rumors, by showing off her baby hump. The singer was spotted walking in New York City, with her boyfriend A$AP Rocky.
Rihanna has faced pregnancy rumors for years, including in December 2021. With this actually being a reality now, many men were disappointed that Rihanna is really off the market. Fans also assumed that Drake was heartbroken, due to him pursuing Rihanna, in the past.
Now, a lot of fans have been listening to Drake’s 2011 sophomore album, “Take Care,” a lot, since the Rihanna pregnancy news. According to Chart Masters Organization, the chart-topping album has reportedly seen a 15% increase in streams, on Spotify. Last week, Take Care was at 1.25 million streams. Yesterday, this classic album was at $1.45 million streams.
Take Care is known as a project that Drake definitely put his emotions into. He was even spotted at a Toronto Raptors game earlier this week, where he grew his hair and beard, into the Take Care album look. Many even believe that Rihanna’s pregnancy has Drake deciding to record a Take Care sequel.
At the time of its release, Take Care was Drake’s second straight number one album. Currently, it’s 6x platinum in the US. It was led by hits such as “Marvin’s Room,” “Headlines,” “Make Me Proud,” ft. Nicki Minaj, and “Take Care,” ft. Rihanna.
