Drake shows Odell Beckham Jr love on Instagram after Super Bowl win
On Sunday night, the Los Angeles Rams won their second Super Bowl, over the Cincinnati Bengals, 23-20. The Rams were able to do this in their home stadium, SoFi Stadium. This also made them the second team in a row, since last year, to win the Super Bowl in their home stadium.
After the game, many fans online expressed how happy they were, to see LA Rams Wide Receiver, Odell Beckham Jr, finally win a Super Bowl. He was released in the middle of this season, by the Cleveland Browns. As soon as OBJ signed with the Rams, he quickly made an impact.
Odell suffered a knee injury in the first half of the Super Bowl, and stayed out for the rest of the game. He was evidently happy after the game though, as fans and also Drake, showed him a lot of love.
Drake took to his Instagram feed, to show various photos that he has with OBJ, in congratulating him on the Super Bowl win.
“I wish I got my flowers when everything wasn’t rosey. How I’m supposed to smell em when everyone’s being nosy. Pictures of me victorious they making with Adobe make me thankful that a trophy has never made me cozy. For now I just want to feel something. After that I wanna heal something. And after that I wanna build something. But today I just fulfilled something. @OBJ”
OBJ and Drake have been close for a while, as they’ve even worked on the “Laugh Now Cry Later” music video, in August 2020. OBJ appeared in these visuals, as the song became the number two song in the US.
