Last week, Drake finally gave fans new music as he delivered his “Scary Hours 2” EP. This served as the sequel for the project that was released in early 2018. Scary Hours 2 scored big with three new tracks in “What’s Next,” “Wants and Needs” feat. Lil Baby, and “Lemon Pepper Freestyle” feat. Rick Ross.
Whats Next and Wants and Needs will reportedly occupy the top two spots on the Billboard Hot 100 chart this weekend. Now, the official first week numbers are also in for Scary Hours 2 as a whole. This project reportedly sold a whopping 970,000 units in its first week. It is not eligible to chart though due to how short it is.
The release of Scary Hours 2 definitely made it up to fans after Drake delayed the release of his sixth studio album, “Certified Lover Boy,” in January. It was initially announced for that January release back in October. Now, the wait is on for that project as it’s been rumored for a April release.
