This year, Drake ended up taking the top spot, once again, but it came in a different way. Throughout his career, Drake has dealt with pot shots being thrown at him. In the past, he dealt with Pusha T getting at him and tension with Chris Brown.
But, this year, Drake found himself being outright dissed by his own label-mate, Tyga, and Chris Brown. Letting his music handle that situation, Drake soon got into a real situation. Just as Jay Z prophesied, it was Meek Mill, a friend, who truly challenged him.
Drake passed with flying colors and became an even bigger artist, before releasing “Hotline Bling” to runaway success. Recently, Drake was at an event and a fan called him out. Showing his support to Meek Mill, the fan told Drake he will never be him and this made the Toronto entertainer laugh… and laugh.
