In the months since then, Drake and Chris Brown have kept a subliminal feud going. Drake is back in the spotlight now, as he is working on his Nothing Was the Same.
The New York City fight between Drake and Chris Brown went viral immediately and clubs took notice. Until this period, the rap game had been peaceful. Things were so peaceful, Shorty Mack complained about this. But, it was the “soft” guys who ultimately restored order.
Going on one year after Drake and Chris Brown fought, nightclub owners do not want the next hip hop brawl taking place in their establishment. Recently, Drake and Chris Brown were both in Los Angeles. With Chris Brown and Frank Ocean fighting, Playhouse Nightclub decided to turn Drake away at the door with Chris Brown in the room, which Drake accepted and left.
