Dr. Dre’s Wife, Nicole Young, Denied Emergency Domestic Restraining Order After Being Called a “Greedy B*tch” by Dre in New Song and Previous Allegations of Abuse

Dr. Dre and his divorce from his wife, Nicole Young, has been very tough to watch. Dre was hospitalized for a brain aneurysm in January and still had his hands tied regarding handling what he had to pay legally. The hip-hp legend ended making a one-time payment of $2 million in spousal support. Dre was also required to pay $500,000 in lawyer fees for Young.

Now, a new legal battle has given Dre the victory. According to TMZ, Young has been denied an emergency domestic restraining order that she recently requested. This is after a new song was played by Dre where he called her a “greedy b*tch” in it. Young was also labeled as a “perjurer.”

Court documents were initially filed by attorney, Samantha Spector as Young believes that these latest claims and previous allegations of being abused warrant this restraining order. The judge felt otherwise though as they believed that there is “insufficient evidence” presented in order to approve this. Dre has since denied all allegations and has had no contact with Young since January.

Dre has had other legal victories against Young such as a judge denying a request to continue emergency hearings for spousal support, “consolidate her civil case with her divorce divorce,” and an attempt to receive an advance for her attorney’s fees.

As for Dre’s health, he seems to be doing much better after his brain aneurysm scare. He revealed in an Instagram post during the week he was hospitalized that he was receiving excellent care. He was in the ICU and then transferred to a regular hospital. Dre was at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he was in their care for almost two weeks. It was made required though that he continue to receive care at home just in case other issues come up. Doctors were not able to find the cause of the aneurysm.
