Doja Cat continues to say that she’s retiring from music

Doja Cat doubles down on wanting to retire from music

Last week, Doja Cat made headlines, after announcing that she would be quitting music. This was due to backlash from fans, after being forced to cancel a concert in Paraguay. This was due to a reported large storm that came through in the area. A day later, Doja didn’t like how she performed at her concert in Brazil. She went on to have another show there, the next night, though.

Doja eventually went on to appear to shut down retirement rumors, as she expressed how grateful she is, for the blessings she’s received, in her career.

“I came here because I knew there was something new. New people. New things. New stories to learn. I came and I gave not enough. I need to give more because I noticed I’ve been taking a lot. Taking from almost everybody who’s reading this.”

Now, Doja appears to be backtracking, on the retirement speculation. Mix 105.1 in Orlando tweeted about how Doja apologized for saying she’s retiring, and how she isn’t actually doing so. Doja soon replied “Yes the f*ck I am.” That immediately resulted in Doja’s fans begging the superstar to not leave the industry, as they love what she’s accomplished, over the past three years.
