In the late 1990s, DMX rose to superstar status and became one of the top rappers out. His gruff, hardcore, lyrics made him a fan favorite and he filled with Tupac void with an entirely different style. However, the path DMX forged was one all of his own.
Throughout his career, DMX faced opposition, becoming rivals with his former group-mates, Jay Z and Ja Rule. Making amends with the latter of the two, DMX works with a whole new crew. This crew will be put to work, in the near future.
Yesterday, DMX received a lot of media attention when he was spotted in IHOP. From the looks of it, DMX was working there, something he did not mention with 7 Eyewitness News interviewed him. During the interview, he instead talked about his jail time, challenges in life, his new music, standing strong, and much more.
