Jay-Z has been running Roc Nation for five years now and he’s had all types of success with J. Cole, Rihanna, Kanye West, Wale, and now Meek Mill. Fat Trel recently joined the company and Jay-Z signed a label deal with DJ Mustard. Now, DJ Mustard is a part of one of the biggest companies in hip hop.
This week, DJ Mustard stopped by Hot 97 to talk to DJ Cipha Sounds, Peter Rosenberg, and Ebro. In their interview, DJ Mustard talked a little bit about how he reinvented the sound of the West. But, most of the conversation centered around Jay-Z, Roc Nation, and his role with the company.
