Ten years ago, DJ Khaled saved Miami hip hop and helped Lil Wayne become uber-popular. He also helped Rick Ross, Plies, Jeezy, and many others. Khaled is still doing this, adding Drake, Jay Z, Future, Nas, and Kendrick Lamar to the roster of Major Key, his new album.
Snapchat’s ambassador is continuing to do it big, making Apple Music feel right on their decision to partner with him. DJ Khaled is giving good results to all of his partners, including Roc Nation and Epic Records with Major Key‘s album results. While his last album was his worst, commercially, Major Key is number one on Apple Music and it isn’t even out yet.
